We regularly hire for IT positions such as:

Communication Analysts:

      • Review calls from correctional agencies and meet targeted call minute requirements with the ability to recognize key words, phrases, cryptic messages, slang/gang terms and other hidden messages and disseminate
      • Examine and analyze a variety of call recordings and escalate intelligence regarding victims, and persons suspected of violating statutes, policies and/or procedures, or program requirements administered by the assigned agency.
      • Listens to or reads through material in one language, ascertains understanding of the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into a second language, making sure to preserve the original meaning
      • Examine and analyze a variety of call recordings and respective intelligence regarding improper or unlawful activities including but not limited to: resulting in the diversion of controlled drugs, assault or any other bodily harm (physical or sexual), weapons location, cell phone location, escape, and suicide
      • Proofread translated material for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy and return it in the required format

Security Professionals:

      • Creating and implementing a strategy for the deployment of information security technologies
      • Performing IT security risk assessments and reporting on ways to minimize threats
      • Monitoring security vulnerabilities and hacking threats in network and host systems
      • Tracking latest IT security innovations and keeping abreast of latest cyber security technologies
      • Ensuring business continuity
      • Communicating with key stakeholders about IT security threats
      • Implementing an effective process for the reporting of security incidents
      • Overseeing the investigation of reported security breaches
      • Developing strategies to handle security incidents and trigger investigations
      • Managing the IT security team, security experts and advisors
      • Complying with the latest regulations and compliance requirements
      • Championing and educating the organization about the latest security strategies and technologies

Project Manager:

      • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
      • Qualifications/certifications in IT project management
      • ITIL certification a plus
      • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
      • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
      • Direct work experience in project management capacity
      • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk and change management
      • Proficient in project management software
      • Advanced MS Office Suite knowledge and usage
      • MS Project expertise

Business Analyst:

      • Business analyst and subject matter expertise on project engagements with emphasis on Agile development methods
      • Facilitate and manage software development lifecycle activities such as requirement gathering sessions
      • Ability to validate results of SQL queries with end users exploring discrepancies between report results and what is expected
      • Manage daily project functions and client interactions
      • Develop query scripts to access data stored in data warehouses, proprietary databases, relational databases or ODBC compliant databases using tools such as Toad, iSQL, and SQL Developer
      • Assist in the development and generation of reports from data stored in data warehouses, proprietary databases, relational databases or ODBC compliant databases
      • Ensure correct functionality across all environments, data sets, and business processes
      • Fully replicate and document found bugs or defects for application staff to review and correct to meet production deadlines

Service Desk Support:

      • Receive and respond to telephone calls for hardware and software related issues
      • Diagnose and determine nature of the problem
      • Capture all relevant data in ServiceNow and as necessary route incidents
      • Close calls efficiently following established methods
      • Excellent customer service skills: enjoy collecting information over the phone as well as timely response to inquiries via email, text, etc.
      • Assist with computer deployments including setup of new equipment and removal/surplus of outdated equipment
      • Test and assist with software installations and computer imaging
      • Assist in the creation of end user documentation

Trainer:

      • Develop course materials for the targeted student base. This may require different training methods and curricula due to the audience’s unique responsibilities
      • Experienced with a variety of LMS software tools
      • Maintain existing course materials, providing changes and enhancements as necessary
      • Prepare and present the most appropriate method of training, whether in-person, live or self-administered web-based, for each class or type of class
      • Must be flexible and comfortable working with computers, software applications, network connectivity, web-based portals, and a variety of audiovisual equipment in a classroom setting
      • Teach students with varied technical and non-technical backgrounds for example: managers, system administrators, order entry personnel, call center personnel, individuals with limited or no technical experience
      • Maintain a monthly training schedule for client sessions
      • Comfortable with face to face as well as distance learning scenarios. Some travel may be required in Pennsylvania

Oracle Developer:

      • 10 years of relevant Oracle Forms experience – 5 years with web-delivered Forms
      • Oracle 9i/10g/11g. Current Forms versions
      • PL/SQL
      • Developer 2000 ** Forms (Oracle Fusion Middleware) 9i/10g/11g Forms Debugger Utility
      • SQL
      • Toad (or equivalent)
      • Experience in any of these programming areas helpful: .Net or SOA, or Java
      • Entity Relationship Modeling
      • Web Services and Microsoft Team Foundation Server is a plus 

.Net Developer:

      • At least 7 years of experience developing and supporting maintenance of Microsoft applications
      • Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server 2010 and later; Classic VB6 knowledge is a plus
      • Experience with supporting user requests and issues needed
      • Developer 2000 ** Forms (Oracle Fusion Middleware) 9i/10g/11g Forms Debugger Utility
      • Project related duties include new design and operational support
      • Concise technical documentation must be produced
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
